If you encounter any difficulties, please contact Melissa Hicks, the sales manager handling the event is 714-447-6660.  The cut-off date is DECEMBER 16, 2016.  The rate is $135 a night for all doubles with up to quad capacity, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.06%). The Rate does include in-room basic internet and free parking.  If there is a group that will be paying by a check, the hotel requests it 10 business days prior to arrival. Please make your reservations early, since unreserved rooms will be made available for general sale after the cut-off date. Please note that due to close proximity and the increasing rates of banquet rooms, elimination debates will not be held at the Marriott and will instead return to campus. Please note that you will NOT NEED transportation from the Marriott hotel to the campus.
