Friday February 9        

Registration outside Hughes Hall from 4-430. 

Round 1 5 pm – CX, PF, LD

Preliminary Round (first half) 5 pm -630 pm Congressional Debate*

Dinner after Round 1 – served to all participants in Xavier Mall area/Cafeteria

Round 2 730 pm  – CX, PF, LD

Preliminary Round (second half) 7:30 -930  Congressional Debate*

Saturday February 10

715 Pairings released

Round 3 8:00 am – CX, PF, LD

Finals 830-1130 - Congressional Debate*

Round 4 10:30 am – CX, PF, LD

Lunch after Round 4 - served in cafeteria

Speaker awards all divisions 1 pm

First Elimination Round 1:30 pm – CX, PF, LD

Second Elimination Round 4 pm – CX, PF, LD

Third Elimination Round 7 pm  – CX, PF, LD

Fourth Elimination (if necessary) 9 pm  – CX, PF, LD

If we are able to single flight LD and Public Forum elimination rounds, those schedules will be accelerated.

If we have more than 20, we will have prelim on Friday night (session 1 from 5-630 and session 2 from 730-9:30 with a break for dinner); finals would then be from 830-1130 on Saturday.  If we have less than 20 like last year, we will do what we did last year – As a result, and per TFA rules, we will have one session on Friday night with 3 judges.  This session will be from 5-630 and 7-930.  We will allow Congress entrants to line jump dinner if it's long at 630 in order to ensure they have adequate time to eat before they return from their dinner recess.
