Congressional Debate information

As noted elsewhere, if we have more than 20 competitors, we will have prelim on Friday night (session 1 from 5-630 and session 2 from 730-9:30 with a break for dinner); finals would then be from 830-1130 on Saturday.  If we have less than 20 like last year, we will do what we did last year – per TFA rules we will have one session on Friday night with 3 judges.  This session will be from 5-630 and 7-930.  We will allow Congress entrants to line jump dinner if it's long at 630 in order to ensure they have adequate time to eat before they return from their dinner recess.  

We will use the TFA Spring Docket, with 1-15 for Prelims, 16-30 for Finals
