CX -- Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase fiscal redistribution in the United States by adopting a federal jobs guarantee, expanding Social Security, and/or providing a basic income.

LD (ALL divisions - no novice topics will be used) -- Resolved: The United States ought to substantially reduce its military presence in the West Asia-North Africa region.

PF -- Resolved: The United States federal government should repeal Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

Congress:

We will follow the TFA scaffold for Spring 2024 and pre-set the order. As per Page 67 of the TFA Constitution, there is no "minimum cycle" that must be achieved before the previous question may be moved. Individual chambers are welcome to table or vote on items of legislation whenever the chamber is ready to do so.
