Basic Information about the Stratford School Fun Tournament

Students will have space to relax in the Multi-Purpose Room.

Judges must report to Room 210 on the morning of the tournament at 8:00 .

Food will be provided at _(room)_ on campus. There will be a map on-site that shows all the designated rooms. Please only throw trash away in the common spaces, not in the classrooms, because custodial will not come back until Monday. The only writing on the white boards in the classrooms can be the topics.

Do not touch any materials on the teachers’ desks or other furniture. Stratford Milpitas graciously offered to host this tournament, and we want to respect their space so that we will be able to hold events in the future.

Lunch will run from 12:30 to 1:30. Go get food as soon as your round ends! Competitors are not allowed to leave campus during the event, with or without a chaperone. 

There will be a 15-minute grace period during which competitors and judges must wait for opponents to arrive. If a team does not arrive in their scheduled room 15 minutes after the start of an announced round, then that team forefeits their flight. If you wait in your room for a competitor or judge for longer than 15 minutes, it is your responsibility to contact the tournament coordinators at the judges’ table.

9:00am – 10:30am — Round 1

11:00am – 12:30pm — Round 2

12:30pm – 1:30pm — Lunch

1:45pm – 3:15pm — Round 3

3:45pm – 5:15pm — Round 4
