I am new to judging and new to debate, so I'm a blank slate who will let the debaters determine how I should evaluate the round. While I prefer a conversational style of speaking versus spreading, the most important thing is to just speak clearly. Tell me what to evaluate and how to evaluate it each round. Make your case, connect the dots in your argument. Don't worry if I'm not looking at you while you're speaking, I will be doing my best to keep an accurate flow.
