This division should be for those doing Student Congress/Congressional Debate for the first time in competition and who have not done debate any previous year.
Please email Jordan Bakken (jordan.bakken@k12.sd.us) if you have anyone interested in being Presiding Officer. Presiding Officers need to be pre-emailed to me so we don't end up with 5 students wanting to be PO in one chamber and none an others. Presiding Officers might be varsity students in novice chambers.
