Event Description:
This division should be for those doing Congressional Debate for the first year only, anyone else should be in JV or Varsity Congressional Debate.
The Judge will be the PO for all novice chambers.
RULES FOR CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE AT PUMPKINSTAKES:
-The docket is a set docket so no motions are allowed to rearrange the docket.
-No authorship speeches will be allowed.
-Max speech times are set (3 minutes) but the questioning period may be changed to 2 minutes max.
-We will be using Direct Questioning with 30-second questioning blocks for follow-ups to be allowed.
-All other NSDA rules apply.
