The Greenville Congress will use the following NSDA Legislation:

Session 1:

A Bill to Require Speech & Debate Education in Secondary Schools
A Bill to Increase Fusion Funding
A Bill to Dismantle International Border Fortifications
Session 1 Alternates:

A Resolution to Amend the Constitution to Clarify the Term “Officer”
A Resolution to Call on the United Nations to Adopt a New Emblem and Flag

Session 2:
A Bill to Halt the Transportation of Munitions through the Gulf of Aden
A Bill to Set an Age Limit on the Purchase of Energy Drinks
A Resolution to Condemn Lunar Desecration
Session 2 Alternates:
A Bill to Remove Insurrectionists from the National Statuary Hall
A Bill to Make Groundhog Day a Federal Holiday

Speaker awards will be determined by judges’ preference.

3 minutes speeches with CX from balance of time.

CX (2 minute) for first AFF and first NEG speeches.

NSDA rules will be followed.
