Event Description:
We will adhere to the WDCA rules where they are specific for Public Forum. For any further clarifications needed in case of a rules question, we will refer to NSDA PF rules.
To be clear, we identify "JV" to mean a student who is in their first or second year of debate in ANY category. Even if a student did not complete a full year of debate, it will still count as a year when deciding JV or varsity. We reserve the right to move competitors who are in the wrong division up to the day of the tournament.
We will be following the NSDA Sept/Oct topic
