We will follow Utah rules for the Qualifier. These may be different than the NCFL Grand Tournament Rules. You are responsible for knowing the rules for the events your students enter in the Grand Tournament. Qualifying for NCFL does NOT guarantee your speech piece or Congress protocol adheres to the Grand Tournament Rules.
