Payment and Waitlist Information

PAYING TOURNAMENT FEES (All information should also be on your tournament invoice)

Please do one of the following to pay your fees.

1) If you are paying by school check, then please send proof of payment request to me at sstafford at blakeschool.org

2) If you can pay by credit card -- which we prefer because it is quick and easy for us.

Download your pdf invoice of fees owed and email me at sstafford at blakeschool.org and ask for a square invoice to be sent to you. Make clear what mail the invoice should be emailed to for payment.

Hotel Fee – This is to ensure that people stay at the tournament hotel. Once you make your hotel reservations (or notify me that you are a local school) then email us and we will remove this fee.

Getting off the Waitlist – Once we receive proof of payment submitted or payment then we will take you off the waitlist. If you are concerned about your position for entry caps then email us. But, we will hold your spot. The key is that you pay before the tournament starts as our Business Office is insisting on that policy starting in 2024.
