One judge per 5 entries is owed.
The Husky Howler seeks to prepare students for both IHSSA Individual Districts & NSDA National Qualifiers. As such, IHSSA rules will be followed when applicable and noted on ballots.
* Extemp categories may be combined if numbers are low.
** Spontaneous Speaking is a live-speaking event similar to Impromptu where students choose 1 prompt out of 3 options provided in-round. Students may use one segment of up to 3 minutes of preparation time without online access and a maximum of one segment of up to 5 minutes of speaking time; using less prep does not allow more speaking time.

Saturday-only Public Forum will debate the following NATIONAL QUALIFIERS RESOLUTION:
Resolved: In the United States, right-to-work laws do more harm than good.

Rounds will be single-flighted.
We encourage audience members to attend all Public Forum rounds -- emphasis here on "public" -- and will host a special exhibition setting for the final round.
