Greetings friends and colleagues. Looking forward to hosting everyone again this year.

The tournament will be online and administered through NSDA Campus. All entries must include students competing under the name of their attending institution. Independent entries will not be accepted. The tournament will offer Varsity, JV, and Novice policy divisions.

All divisions will utilize the current NFHS policy debate topic. The tournament will follow the 8-3-5 speech times format with 8 minutes of preparation time per team.

Varsity will run Friday through Sunday. For this year, the Varsity division will be a TOC qualifier at semifinals.

JV and Novice will each have five prelims and conclude on Saturday. These events will declare co-champions after the first elimination round and conclude on Saturday evening. They will not continue into Sunday. Competitors in the Novice division will be limited to the use of the NDCA evidence packet, which is available here.
