We are excited to welcome you to campus on January 25 for the 8th annual Ivy Street Round Robin.

Round Robin Logistics
Every round will have two judges – one will be in person and one will be online. The recipient of the most ballots will be named the 2024 Ivy Street Round Robin Champion.
While all teams will be in person and 50% of the judges, each round will have a professional camera and microphone set up for streaming. to the online judge. Students will not have to individually login to the online room, it will be managed by an outside observer.
Each room will be set up with livestreaming capabilities. It is our goal that every round at the 2024 Ivy Street Round Robin will be livestreamed for the public.
Round Robin Schedule
The event will be held on the campus of Marist School on January 25, 2024. Competitors and their coaches should park in the main lot. A parking pass will be emailed prior to the event.
All rounds and meals will take place in the Wooldridge Center. Parking should be in the main lot. Parking passes will be sent to coaches the week of the tournament.
Arrival & Welcome in Goizueta Center for Immersive Experience and Design (First Floor, Wooldridge Center) -- 9:30am
Round 1 -- Pairings at 10:00am, Start at 10:30am
Round 2 -- Pairings at 11:45am, Start at 12:15pm
Lunch in Goizueta Center for Immersive Experience and Design (First Floor, Wooldridge Center)
Round 3 -- Pairings at 2:00pm, Start at 2:30pm
Round 4 -- Pairings at 3:45pm, Start at 4:15pm
Round 5 -- Pairings at 5:30pm, Start at 6:00pm
Dinner & Awards in Goizueta Center for Immersive Experience and Design (First Floor, Wooldridge Center) -- 7:00pm
The Round Robin spaces are designed for two competitors and one coach from teams. If you are bringing more members of your party to campus, please register them. If they are students, they should be registered under the Observers eventand if they are adults, we expect them to be in the judging pool and they should be registered as such. Each extra member of your party will be charged the cost we pay for food for the day.
Entry Fees & Payment
The entry fee is $175 per team. Each team will receive tokens of our appreciation to commemorate their experience at the Ivy Street Round Robin and cover two meals for two competitors and a coach. One of these tokens is a shirt for the three members of each party, please input sizes within your Tabroom registration. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for the cost we pay.
We do ask that all fees be paid by the start of the round robin. You can pay one of two ways --
