We welcome you to Hampton-Dumont-CAL High School for the 2nd Annual Bulldog Debate Rumble. We will offer Student Congress, Novice Public Forum, and Varsity Public Forum. If you would like to enter someone in L/D or Policy let me know we might be able to add it. This would be a great tournament to prepare for the season.

FEES & JUDGING

We want to keep fees low to encourage participation. Each Student Congress entry will be a $5 fee and each Public Forum team will be a $10 fee. Each Student Congress judge will cover 6 entries and each Public Forum judge will cover 2 entries. Each debate entry uncovered is a $50 fee.

RULES:

Hampton-Dumont-CAL will follow IHSSA rules for Student Congress and Public Forum. The topic for Public Forum will be the NSDA November topic.
