Howdy and welcome to the New Moreland Oratorical Classic!

New Moreland High School is proud to present the first ever Oratorical Classic. We offer Declamation, Original Advocacy, and Original Oratory. All schools are welcome to compete as long as they have judging entries.

We will start rounds as soon as 9:00am. There will be three (3) preliminary rounds, and a final round for each event.

Judges

Each school must provide one judge per every three (3) entries (or a fraction thereof). Failure to meet the judging criteria/quota will have all entries dropped from their team.

Breaks

5> entries - Four (4) preliminary rounds

6-9 entries - Four (4) competitors to finals

10-12 entries - Five (5) competitors to finals

13-17 entries - Six (6) competitors to finals

18-21 entries - Seven (7) competitors to finals

22< entries - Fourteen (14) semifinalists, and seven (7) finalists
