Hello all!

We’d love to invite y’all to a revival of the Bluebonnet Classic at Claudia Taylor Johnson in San Antonio on November 22 and 23! This tournament will be a qualifying tournament for the Texas Forensics Association’s State tournament and will thus follow all rules associated with that organization. We look forward to seeing y’all come down for fun and friendly competition!

Our tournament will offer four preliminary rounds of competition in debate events and will feature one guaranteed preliminary round in all TFA division individual events.

Congressional Debaters may cross-enter in either extemp or pattern A speech events, no other debate event may cross enter.

CX Debaters will be debating the 2024 - 2025 Resolution - Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly strengthen its protection of domestic intellectual property rights in copyrights, patents, and/or trademarks.

PF Debaters will be debating the Nov/Dec Resolution - Resolved: The United States should substantially reduce its military support of Taiwan.

LD Debaters will be debating the NSDA Nov/Dec Resolution - Resolved: The United States ought to adopt a wealth tax.
