This tournament features:

* Big Question (2 rounds) -"Resolved: Creativity is a more powerful force than intelligence."

* LD Novice and Open/Varsity (2 rounds) - January/February Topic "Resolved: The United States ought to become party to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and/or the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court."

* PF Novice and Open/Varsity (2 rounds) Nov/Dec Topic "Resolved: The United States should substantially reduce its military support of Taiwan."

* Extemp Debate - 4 rounds - Topic posted to all registered competitors at 5:30pm EST.
