Outreach Debate and the Coolidge Foundation have partnered to provide a free, accessible tournament that will offer bids to the Coolidge Cup, where debaters have the ability to have an all-expenses paid trip to Vermont to compete for $10,000.

We will be debating the April Public Forum Topic - Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its investment in domestic nuclear energy. We will be using the PF format, but mavericks are allowed. Middle schools are allowed but unable to advance.

12:15 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch Break

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Round 6

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Break Announcement and Preparation for Elimination Rounds

4:00 PM – 5:15 PM: Octofinals (Top 16 teams)

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Quarterfinals (Top 8 teams)

Sunday, April 13

8:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Semifinals (Top 4 teams)

9:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Finals (Top 2 teams)

Break Criteria: Teams with a record of 4-2 or better after six preliminary rounds advance to elimination rounds.

All pairings will be made 15 minutes before the round.
