BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. ​Fracking shall be prohibited by federal agencies by ending permits for the expansion of fracking or fracked oil and natural gas infrastructure, including infrastructure intended to extract, transport, or burn natural gas or oil across all 50 states and U.S. territories.

SECTION 2. ​Hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, shall be defined as a process that provides access to reservoirs of natural gas and petroleum by opening rocks deep underground. U.S territories shall be defined as administrative districts overseen by the Federal government of the United States without national status.

SECTION 3. ​The Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy shall oversee the enforcement of this legislation.

SECTION 4. ​This legislation will take effect on January 1st, 2024. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Resolution to Foster Cooperation With North Korea to Ensure Global Stability

1 WHEREAS, One of the perennial challenges for American administrations is North

2 Korea; and

3 WHEREAS, North Korea’s state media recently boasted its nuclear program had

4 reached the world’s strongest level; and

5 WHEREAS, North Korea has reportedly paused its pursuit of establishing formal

6 diplomatic ties with the United States, shifting focus toward China and

7 Russia; and

8 WHEREAS, With that in mind, the U.S. is bound to face aggression from its biggest

9 enemies, which could spell a dark future for everyone across our globe;

10 now, therefore, be it

11 RESOLVED, That the Congress here assembled prioritizes establishing diplomatic ties

12 with North Korea to ensure global stability.

A Resolution to Seek G7 Unity on International Conflicts

1 WHEREAS, International conflicts are becoming increasingly more common; and

2 WHEREAS, The United States is tied to all struggles, as Israel’s most powerful ally,

3 Taiwan’s strategic and technological partner, Ukraine’s best hope of

4 remaining a free and independent nation; and

5 WHEREAS, Biden’s influence over how his allies prosecute these conflicts may be far

6 more constrained than expected; and

7 WHEREAS, Washington holds an unclear position, silently suggesting strategy, but

8 distancing itself from the decisions and their aftermath; and

9 WHEREAS, Reuters reports that the unity of international alliances such as the G7 is

10 needed more than ever with the situation in Israel and Palestine, the

11 situation in Ukraine, and the challenges in the Indo-Pacific region; now,

12 therefore, be it

13 RESOLVED, That the Congress here assembled advocates for the United States to seek 14 G7 unity on the international conflicts plaguing our globe.

A Bill to End International Labor Exploitation

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The United States shall create a standard minimum wage that will apply to workers internationally, to decrease labor exploitation on imported goods.

SECTION 2. ​DEFINITIONS

Exploitation: The action or fact of treating someone unfairly in order to benefit from their work.

Imported: Any goods created, harvested, or manufactured outside of the U.S. that are sold in the U.S.

SECTION 3. ​Administration and Funding

A. The Department of Commerce will work with the Department of Labor to create a committee that will oversee this bill. The committee will be responsible for analyzing and creating an implementable minimum wage on a country-by-country basis. In addition, the committee will conduct bi-annual reviews of each country.

B. The minimum wage created will determine if the United States will continue allowing import of goods from each country. If, after review, a country does not meet the minimum wage standard, the United States will deny import of these products.

C. This Legislation includes an annual budget of $1,500,000 taken from the Department of Defense budget for the purpose of funding the created committee.

SECTION 4.​ This Legislation will take effect beginning on January 1st, 2025.

SECTION 5. ​All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

A Bill to Create Conditional Resident Status for Undocumented Minors

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The United States Shall create a conditional resident status valid for up to eight years for young undocumented immigrants that protects them from deportation, allows them to work legally in the U.S., and permits them to travel outside the country. To qualify for a conditional resident status, young undocumented immigrants will need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Demonstrate that they were brought to the U.S. at age 17 or younger and have lived continuously in the U.S. for at least four years prior to the bill’s enactment;

  2. Pass a government background check, demonstrate “good moral character” with no felony or multiple misdemeanor convictions, submit biometric and biographic data, and undergo a biometric and medical exam;

  3. Demonstrate they have been admitted to a college or university, have earned a high school diploma, or are in the process of earning a high school diploma or an equivalent.

SECTION 2. Definitions:

  1. Deportation shall be defined as the action of deporting a foreigner or from a country.

  2. Good moral character shall be determined by a qualified psychologist.

  3. Undocumented immigrant shall be defined as an immigrant who resides in the United States without legal status.

SECTION 3. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services shall oversee the implementation and enforcement of this legislation.

SECTION 4. This piece of legislation will be implemented on July 1, 2024.

SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
