Congress Legislation

The Winter Championship will use legislation adapted from a few recent national circuit, state, and local competitions. We curated legislation that was popular and well-prepped among competitors at those tournaments.

There will be 3 sessions of congress: 2 prelims on Thursday (the 28th), 1 final round on Friday (the 29th).

Each round of congress will have 3 bills. The chamber may nominate a docket determining in which order those 3 bills will be debated for the session.
