- We will single-flight LD and PF elims as we can, and the schedule will be accelerated accordingly.

- If events require fewer than four elimination rounds, we will condense accordingly.

- New for 2024: all elimination rounds are on Sunday due to overwhelming prior feedback from coaches. All judges are obligated through the end of the first full elimination round in that event.

Friday (March 22) — All Debates at Woodward Academy

3:45PM — Pairings Released on Tabroom

4:30PM — Round I

6:30PM — Dinner in the US Cafeteria (for students) and the Chapel (for adults)

7:15PM — Pairings Released for Round II

8:00PM — Round II

8:30-10:15PM — Shuttles depart from Woodward to Courtyard Atlanta South immediately following debates

Saturday (March 23) — All Debates at Woodward Academy

7:30AM — Shuttle departs from Courtyard Atlanta South to Woodward + Breakfast in the US Cafeteria

8:00AM — Pairings Released For Round III

8:30AM — Round III (Powered High-Low in Brackets off Round 2)

11:15AM — Round IV (Powered High-Low in Brackets off Round 3)

1:00PM — Lunch in the US Cafeteria

2:00PM — Round V (Powered High-Low in Brackets off Round 4)

5:00PM — Round VI (Powered High-Low in Brackets off Round 5)

7:30PM — Awards Assembly in Jane Woodruff Hall Atrium

7:30PM — Shuttles depart from Woodward to Courtyard Atlanta South

Sunday (March 24) — All Debates at Woodward Academy

7:30AM — Shuttle departs from Courtyard Atlanta South to Woodward + Light Breakfast Woodruff Room 300

8:00AM — Pairings Released

8:30AM — First Elimination Round

11:30AM — Second Elimination Round

2:30PM — Third Elimination Round

5:30PM — Final Elimination Round

10:00AM-7:30PM — Shuttles will run from Gresham Chapel to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (ATL) throughout the day. Please make sure to allow yourself enough time to make your flight even if the shuttle is on a run when you arrive at the Chapel.
