5. Entry Fees & Payment Options

The USC Invitational is a fundraiser for the Los Angeles Metropolitan Debate League (LAMDL) - a 501(C)3 non-profit organization and partner of the National Association of Urban Debate Leagues. All proceeds from tournament fees will benefit the organization.

All entries are on the waiting list until we have received payment for those entries (LAMDL excluded). Schools in good standing (e.g., schools with a consistent positive history with our tournament) can send proof that payment is in process.

Payments are accepted via Check or Online.

Fees & Fines:
Varsity LD: $80.00/entry
VLD Judge: $50.00/missing round
Novice LD: $45.00/entry
NLD Judge: $100.00/uncovered debater

Please notify Joseph Flores (joseph@lamdl.org) if you choose to pay fees online with the following information:

1. Name of the Payer
2. The donation's Transaction ID (found on your receipt)
3. The school they are paying on behalf of.

When making your payment please be sure to opt-in and check the box for "Share my name and email with this charity," otherwise your donation will be received anonymously.

If you notice any issues on your invoice, please notify Joseph Flores (joseph@lamdl.org). Do not overpay - refunds will not be immediately available to donations made through PayPal Giving Fund.
