Scouting/Disclosure Policy

For the 2019 Bentonville Wild West Invitational, we will model the policy commonly utilized at the National Tournament of Champions in Kentucky. 

ALL rounds are "open to the public, and any person including coaches, debaters, parents, school officials and members of the general public are allowed to observe and take notes" at the Bentonville Wild West Invitational 

We also have the expectation that all debaters that have previously debated the Jan/Feb LD topic or the 2018-2019 CX topic should utilize the NDCA wiki to post citations of previously broken cases and positions. Please reach out to any tournament official if you need assistance.
