Creative Storytelling Rules:
A. The best creative storytelling will utilize narration and characterization.
B. No stage accessories may be used in Creative Storytelling except one chair.
C. Acting is permissible as characterization is essential in some types of stories.
D. Story outlines will be posted prior to tournament with limited prep topics.
E. Time limits of the presentation will be not less than 3 minutes and not more than 5 minutes. There will be a 30-second grace period. Competitors who go outside the 30-second grace-period will be ranked last in the round, provided all timing rules were followed and time signals were given.
