Event Description:
High School Rookie Cross-Examination/Policy Debate is limited to the NDCA Novice Packet for all tournaments in this division.
Competitors must be in their first year of High School debate to be eligible for this division regardless of class/graduation year and in their first or second tournament of their overall High School career. Students with more than one year of High School debate experience are ineligible from competing in this division and must enter JV (if available) or Open.
