Event Description:

Middle School Rookie Cross-Examination/Policy Debate is limited to the NDCA Novice Packet for all tournaments in this division.

Competitors must be in their first year of Middle School debate to be eligible for this division regardless of class/graduation year and entering either their first or second overall tournament. Students with more than two tournaments of Middle School debate experience are ineligible from competing in this division and must enter JV (if available) or Open.
