The docket for this tournament will be set in round through proposed dockets, not bill by bill. Students should collaborate with other members of chamber to come up with an order for the docket to be presented (Students generally introduce "Docket A consisting of..."; "Docket B consisting off..."; etc.

VARSITY will set Docket order in chamber. NOVICE will debate the docket in the order of the Legislation Packet for Prelims and Finals.

We will be using DIRECT QUESTIONING in ALL rounds!

Students will not be permitted to suspend the rules (rearrange docket once set, open the house, marshall law, etc).
