Hello and welcome to Delta. We are excited to have you join us for the Delta Novice tournament at Delta High school in Pasco, WA.

Please only enter only Novice competitors. They cannot have competed in previous seasons. Your experienced students will operate as judges for us. Try to bring a judge for every 5 entries.

This tournament with have no patterns and allow double entry in speech. We will have 3 rounds in speech and 2 in debate. Debates will use the first 5 bills of the congress packet and the November/December Debate topics which should all be released the first week of October.

Lincoln Douglas: Resolved: The United States ought to adopt a wealth tax.

Public Forum: Resolved: The United States should substantially reduce its military support of Taiwan.

We will NOT have concessions available but there are many places nearby including Firehouse Subs, Chicken Shack and many others on Road 68.
