Speech

Speech will offer four preliminary rounds and a final. In accordance with 2023 UKTOC bid qualification information (below), the 4th round will be replaced with a semifinal if an event reaches 30 entries. Preliminary rounds will take place at Oakland Catholic, and finals will take place at Central Catholic.

All varsity-level Speech tournaments are eligible to receive bids in events offered by the Tournament of Champions, so long as they meet the following criteria and submit their UKTOC bid report via Tabroom no later than March 1, 2024:

• Champion (1 Bid) - Minimum 8 Entries / 3 Schools / 3 Prelims AND Finals
• Top 3 (Up to 3 Bids) - Minimum 16 Entries / 4 Schools / 3 Prelims AND Finals
• Finals (Up to 6 Bids) - Minimum 30 Entries / 5 Schools / 3 Prelims AND Semifinals + Finals

Saturday:
Round 1: 8:30 - 9:30
Round 2: 9:45 - 10:45
Round 3: 11:00 - 12:00
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00
Round 4: 1:00 - 2:00
Finals: 2:30 - 3:30

Congress

Saturday:

Session 1: 8:30-10:30

Session 2: 10:30-12:30

Lunch: 12:30-1:00

Supersession (top 10): 1:00-3:00

Policy Debate & Parliamentarian Debate

Policy Debate and Parliamentarian Debate will offer three preliminary rounds, a semifinal, and a final. The anticipated schedule is below:

Dinner: 6:30 - 7:00
Round 2: 7:00 - 9:00

Saturday:
Round 3: 8:30 - 10:30

Public Forum & Lincoln-Douglas

Public Forum and Lincoln-Douglas will offer four preliminary rounds, octofinals, quarterfinals, semifinals, and a final. The anticipated schedule is below:

Round 2: 5:30 - 6:30
Dinner: 6:30 - 7:00
Round 3: 7:00 - 8:00

Saturday:
